We needed to unify the Product Identity (PI) of these varied-sized and category-diverse products into a cohesive series, distilling the most essential elements while retaining the core information users seek, all expressed through minimal design language.

Through data analysis, we identified these four products as essential for modern households' water needs. We opted for a suite design approach to create a coordinated product family.

Solution
Amidst the market’s proliferation of feature-heavy water appliances, users struggled to prioritize their needs. This series consolidates critical functions—filtration, purification, ultra-purification, and heating—into four integrated products, eliminating the need for extraneous devices. The minimalist design features pure white bodies accented with stone-textured lids, evoking a serene, Zen-inspired aesthetic that harmonizes with Eastern philosophy.




Results & Impact
The Zazen Series established a new product platform for the company, expanding its product line’s portfolio and strengthening brand identity. The high recognizability of the series has deepened consumer brand recall, while the design has instilled immense confidence in both the R&D and sales teams. The product’s market launch has also provided clear assurance of strong sales performance.
